From the start of the season*, you can take advantage of water heated to 27°C and enjoy aquatic activities, whatever the weather.
During your vacation on the Atlantic coast, you can enjoy our large swimming pool for swimming, the playground to entertain your children and the activities and entertainment to punctuate the vacation days for young and old (July and August only).

With its large covered and heated pool, open from April to mid-September*, we promise you swimming even in the event of showers! Comfortable chairs and deckchairs await you on the poolside, where you can relax between two sets of lengths, or keep an eye on your children’s water games. Is the sun coming out? The heated swimming pool is then uncovered to bring you fresh air and sunshine just a few steps from your mobile home or pitch!
Outside, you can also enjoy a siesta or a moment of reading in our solarium with trees, a space designed for you with deckchairs and parasols. The choice is yours: shade for pure relaxation or sun to perfect your tan!

An outdoor paddling pool and solarium
The Fief Melin aquatic area also includes an outdoor paddling pool for younger children. An ideal destination if you’re looking for a campsite with a swimming pool on the Ile d’Oléron for a family holiday, especially with young children, everyone can enjoy the water and swimming at Le Fief Melin.

Ile d’Oléron campsite with swimming pool: practical information
Our campsite’s aquatic area is open from April to mid-September*, from 10am to 7.30pm, for everyone to enjoy!
Our pool is 15 metres long and 6.50 metres wide, ideal dimensions for swimming. Depths vary from 1.20 to 1.50 meters, to enable as many people as possible to swim.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask our guests to respect a few simple rules:
- bathing suits must be worn and swimming shorts are forbidden
- children’s swimming is under parental supervision
- diving, balloons or inflatable games are not permitted in or around the pool.
