By booking your bike hire directly with us, you’ll save precious time on your vacation. Payment is made at the end of your stay by cash, cheque or vacation voucher, allowing you to anticipate this expense. A deposit is required (depending on the number and type of bikes), payable by card, cheque or cash at the time of rental. There’s no minimum rental period, from half a day to a week or even longer, with rates declining according to duration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’d like to hire an electric bike, we can arrange it at the nearest store, and for all equipment (helmets, baskets, etc.) we have a stock reserved for customers at affordable rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cycle paths on the Ile d’Ol\u00e9ron<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the Made in Camp le Fief Melin campsite, you can take the oyster route<\/strong> to the pretty citadel of Ch\u00e2teau-d’Ol\u00e9ron<\/a>, which is very lively in summer. Continue on to the harbor, where you’ll find colorful shacks<\/strong> housing local artisans, as well as some of the island’s finest restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a trip to the beach, don’t hesitate to take your bike. You’ll be at Vert-Bois beach<\/strong> in less than 10 minutes, with no parking constraints for your daily strolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our favorite:<\/strong> starting from Le Fief Melin campsite, take the cycle path from Ch\u00e2teau-d’Ol\u00e9ron to Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, passing through the salt marshes<\/strong> and Port des Salines<\/strong>, which are very lively during the summer season. You’ll then pass through the large forest of<\/strong> Saint-Trojan-les-Bains<\/a>, ending up in the pretty historic center<\/strong>. If you wish, you can continue on to the large Gatseau beach, a paradise for young and old alike in summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
